Refund & Return Policy

At TinyHaven, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact us at support@tinyhaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed as a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
